*** New SPQ Members – Registration on the SPQ website and submission of the payment proof are required. SPQ membership validation can be done after registration and/or submission of the communication by accessing the personal area. This validation is essential to ensure the member fee, which is only applicable to those with up-to-date membership fees

Payment with credit card is possible - choose the payment method in your personal/registration area and follow the guidelines.

Cancellation and refund:

If a registered participant is unable to attend an event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 10 July, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received after 10 July, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Meeting

It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
